Opened in 1991. Equipped with an exposition hall Manuel Coronado, a spacious ceremony hall (theatre, concerts, etc.), a public library, along with other halls used for different functions.
Houses a number of awards, trophies, along with other recognitions won by the aguileño actor Francisco Rabal, from which this centre takes its name, as well as his daughter and the actress Teresa Rabal. One can also visit the many different expositions that are put on throughout the year such as; paintings, photography and handicrafts.

- CASINO DE ÁGUILAS:
The casino was built between 1894 and 1895. Highlighted are the ten allegory paintings carried out in 1905 by José Sánchez from Murcia.
