QUALITY POLICY The quality policy of the tourist offices in and around the region of Murcia, is based on offering a good quality service and excellent products, aimed at satisfying all requirements, expectations, requests, as well as insuring that all information provided is the best available, considered a basic right for any member of the public or visitor.
Each person employed as part of the Tourist Office’s Service is responsible for the quality of work carried out, as well as having the required knowledge and understanding in order to fulfil any task corresponding to their category. Subsequently their mission is to carry out their work in the best possible manner, thus achieving a personal satisfaction. The system of quality of the Tourist office of the region of Murcia, is designed to insure that every service provided is properly, professionally and effectively carried out, using all the necessary means. With this we endeavour to improve the region’s image, whilst at the same time we work together aiming to provide effective tourist information to all, along with fulfilling our promotional objectives of the region of Murcia.
